"Secrets" to getting in shape are created because people are too lazy to do what needs to be done. Now that we've lost half our readers because everyone took that personally, consistency is the key to fitness. It is also the hardest part.

Staying consistent on your nutrition, staying consistent in your workouts, these are the failures of most who chase fitness goals. They start off on fire and then they slowly dwindle and fade. Seeing someone "in shape" is a rare thing! It's rare because it is difficult!
