The MooreMuscle Legends wall is made up of workouts completed at one point or another during the past twenty years by MooreMuscle owner Adam Moore (that's me!). These workouts constitute some of the most extreme things that I could accomplish at the time and when MooreMuscle joined the team at Priority Health and Fitness in Maryland, I decided to put those workouts on a wall. I included men's and women's weights for the workouts and whomever is able to conquer those workouts, initials the wall and includes the date. Some of the insanity includes walking lunges at 315lbs, squats at 315lbs for 3 x 30, deadlifts at 500lbs for 10 x 10, etc. etc.
In two years of the wall there has only been one person to initial it and she has now done it three separate times! Emily Douglas started a few years ago coming off the couch and is now THE strongest female I have ever had the opportunity of coaching. Shes incredibly strong and incredibly humble. Being a part of her journey is an absolute honor.
On Sunday she signed the wall for the third time by Deadlifting 405lbs for 2 reps. She then proceeded to pull 410lbs just a few minutes later. There is no limit in sight for Emily and we are excited to watch where she ends up.
