What it takes

What it takes

Members of our team are asked day after day, "what does it take?". What does it take to be a champion bodybuilder? What does it take to be a professionally ranked Strongman? What does it take to become the U.S. National Weightlifting Champion?, etc. etc. etc. Our team has lists of accolades because we share one trait in common above all others, discipline. You cannot become what you dream to be by taking lazy days, by being unfocused or simply unmotivated. There is a huge difference in this life between talking about doing something and actually following through with it.

Dreams are usually big, that's why they are dreams. Dreams are usually not just handed over, they are worked towards, sometimes over an entire lifetime. The journey to accomplishment is what makes the end goal worth it. Once you set a plan into motion and you begin working towards it, you start to realize how much work, day in and day out that it will take to reach that goal. Most people lack the motivation to accomplish what they truly desire. More often than not, they have the skill and intelligence, they simply don't want it badly enough. We, as a team, truly believe anything is possible. Anything. We are who we are because we believe it. Ask any one of our team from our aspiring teenage Powerlifter to one of the strongest humans on the planet and they will both give you the same response to your question (what does it take?); it takes EVERYTHING.
