We get what we deserve in this life, nothing more, nothing less. This is true for most life situations. Coincidence, luck, right (or wrong) place at the right time, all can play a factor, but the reality is, we reap what we sow. Whether that is good, bad, success or failure, we get what we deserve. When you reflect on good or bad days, think through what brought you to that result. More than likely it was something you caused. Directly or indirectly, our actions play a major role in the events of our life. A result of an action could take years to surface but if we retrace the reasoning, we will more than often find the original cause to be our fault. Good or bad, succeed or failure, either way is your fault. The status of your personal life, your career, your financial life; all of these things result from decisions we make. As we go through life, we mature and learn through experience but the majority of the time, we already knew the right decision from the wrong. We already know procrastinating brings initial relief with stress / anxiety closely following behind, laziness gives us a chance to breathe but will quickly cause us to sprint to catch up getting us out of breath yet again. Knowing what we are supposed to do and the decisions we should make are usually not to difficult to figure out, but then human nature gets in the way and we choose the wrong path. Challenge yourself not to use "human nature" as an excuse, challenge yourself to make the decisions you know are right. The harder path, not taking the side streets of laziness and procrastination, the dead ends of excuses or blaming others for your own mistakes. Challenge yourself to do better, to be better, in every way. "You are stronger than you think you are", make the harder decisions, take the higher road, and make "What
deserve" to be exactly what you were hoping for.
