MooreMuscle Barbell Club: Competition Results

The MooreMuscle Barbell Club was founded in 2016 to give serious lifters a place to train, compete, and hold each other to a higher standard. This page is the running record of how the club has performed on the platform. It will be updated after every meet.

The standard is built in the gym. The platform is where it gets tested.

NPL Pennsylvania State Championships, York Barbell (April 13, 2024)

MMBC made its debut in the National Powerlifting League at the Pennsylvania State Championships, held at York Barbell. The team accomplished its goals for the meet and built new relationships across the strength community.

The NPL is a growing organization run by people who want to move the sport of powerlifting forward. The meet was organized, efficient, and well staffed. MMBC lifters set multiple all-time State and National records on the day.

USPA Thanksgiving Throwdown, Shillington, PA (November 2022)

MMBC and PHF sent eight athletes to the USPA Thanksgiving Throwdown in Shillington, Pennsylvania. All eight took first place in their respective categories. Together the team broke more than 30 all-time State records and set 4 all-time National records.

Thanks go to the staff, judges, and meet directors for a well-run event. Powerlifting is a sport full of positive, like-minded athletes, and MMBC is proud to compete within the United States Powerlifting Association.
