Shipping policy

At MooreMuscle, we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly and accurately as possible. Many of our products are produced specifically for each order, which allows us to maintain quality while offering a wide variety of apparel and gear.

Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping expectations, and delivery policies.

Important: Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on production timelines, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, and overall shipping volume.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment. Some items may require additional production time depending on inventory availability, order volume, or product type.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

During high-volume periods such as holidays, launches, promotions, or special events, processing times may be extended.

Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Items

Many MooreMuscle products are made-to-order or fulfilled through print-on-demand production partners. Because of this, some products may ship separately or require additional fulfillment time before tracking becomes active.

This production model helps us maintain quality while offering unique apparel and limited-run products.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, shipping method selected, package weight, and carrier rates.

From time to time, MooreMuscle may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping offers on qualifying orders.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Standard delivery times after shipment typically range between 3–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, VAT charges, or additional carrier fees required by their country.

MooreMuscle is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier disruptions.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to become active after shipment confirmation is sent.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. MooreMuscle is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility falls to the carrier. MooreMuscle is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will still do our best to assist whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse locations, or fulfillment partners. If this happens, separate tracking numbers may be provided.

Shipping Delays

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, operational issues, or high shipping volume. While we work hard to get orders out quickly, MooreMuscle cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package has shipped.
