Refund policy

At MooreMuscle, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. Our products are created for people who take training, discipline, and quality seriously, and we want your experience with our brand to reflect that same standard.

Please review the policy below before placing your order. By purchasing from MooreMuscle, you agree to the terms of this return and refund policy.

Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or signs of use. Items must also include any original tags, packaging, or accessories when applicable.

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, we will do our best to help with an exchange when inventory allows. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on size exchanges unless the wrong item was sent by mistake.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another available option at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

When an error is confirmed, we may replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items returned outside the return window
  • Products with odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or visible signs of wear

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is related to a confirmed mistake or defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back a return. MooreMuscle is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Because many MooreMuscle products may begin processing quickly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already entered production or fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
