MooreMuscle is committed to delivering apparel and merchandise quickly, accurately, and with care. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Order Processing Time
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods (new product launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
Custom or made-to-order apparel may require an additional 3–7 business days depending on inventory and production schedules.

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier rates. -
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout.
From time to time, MooreMuscle may offer free shipping promotions. When active, qualified orders will see free shipping automatically applied at checkout.
International Shipping
MooreMuscle ships internationally to select countries. Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and local customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not collected or controlled by MooreMuscle.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Delays
Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, peak seasons, or operational issues. Once a package is in transit, MooreMuscle cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier delays. If your package appears delayed or stuck in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. MooreMuscle is not responsible for:
- Deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost packages resulting from address errors
- Additional shipping charges caused by address corrections or reshipments
If you realize there is an error in your address, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update it before fulfillment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check all exterior doors, porches, and common areas
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
After completing these steps, email us with your order number and details. While MooreMuscle cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages, we will review each situation and assist to the best of our ability.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Email everything to us so we can review and provide a resolution
Depending on the situation and product availability, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
